The Origination and Development History of Thunder and Lightning

In 19^th century, American scientist Franklin invented lightning rod through an experiment. This experiment has promoted the development of lightning academic. Its theory has recognized by the countries all around the world, and has been referenced in different countries’ lightning protection measure.

In 1999, lightning protection and disaster mitigation management was written in our law—Meteorology act of the People’s Republic of China.
